Right i am bent over..... PLZ HELP ME

As the heading said I am bent over :huh:


BIG *kitten* kicking wanted PLEASE! I am JUST on a yr out(17th april) and I have lost my darn mojo! I can not stop eating rubbish wth? ANYONE ideas please,
I plan nearly a week ahead sometimes but get sweety attaks and I am one of these people who can not stop at 1 thing,well I can but my head says I have messed the WHOLE day up and so I binge! I am now starting to go over cals everyday I have upped it to 1300 cals a day too and do a lot of exercise daily!

I need some serious help I am going out of control ideas plz?

    That is a difficult one. More protein. More water. Remove yourself from actovity or lack of that causes sweet cravings. Mine happen when watching TV

    Find a way to stop or you will regain all the weight you have lost. It is hard work, but you CAN do it.

    I can totally relate. I am 2 1/2 years out and I am right where you are. I bought a pair of capris for summer and i got them home and they dont fit the way i want them to. I was heartbroken. :sad: So yesterday morning I told myself that I am so much better than this and I buckled down and am just starting fresh. I am hitting the water hard....lots and lots of protein, like another member said, and just trying to make better choices. Like my sweet tooth is awful when i am doing homework, so i buy apples and pears, fresh, and i sprinkle them with cinnamon. YUM! :bigsmile: I worked so hard for this, I am not about to let myself down. It will always be a struggle for us, but we are so worth it! You can do it girl! If you need anything or need support, just message me!

    thanx guys all help is listened too and great idea about the cinnamon on fruit will try that one,i am always really hot on my protein and ummm lets think nearly non existant on the water only decaf tea and coffee! :noway:

    Great idea - lots of water! I eat Atkins chocolate peanut butter protein bars or Luna coconut protein bars when I have a craving for something sweet. But since I'm just 9 months post RNY, I really haven't been challenged by the food demons. I hope you can get back on track soon. Please let us know how you are doing!
