Today after long search for fitness exercise apps, I installed Jaff Military workout trainer for android in my phone.
It is totally free not like other apps which asks for pro version for intense exercises.
It has all exercises for upper, lower and core muscles. It is perfect for people who need to workout without any gym equipments.
Try it.
Pics are not so good, interface need to developed further in that app.

Ps: I am not advertising it, I found the software useful.

    The Workout Trainer by Skimble is pretty good too.

    Workout in skimble is good, but all the combination of workout are not free.
    Most of the Intermediate and Intense exercises are pro pack, that too costly one, but the graphics and interface is best in that software.

    May be, There are lots of apps available both in Iphone and Android.
    This software is totally free, that's the advantage I found in it.
    You can try with Bluestacks from your PC. (you have iphone and you can find some useful softwares from there)
