    I MISSED 3 WEEKS--
    Lost 2.2 pounds in 3 weeks (but that is way up from weeks before--I am sorry

    4/2/13: 149.8
    4/23/13: 147.6

    Goal for next week: Be 147.0 or below

    I am all over the place with this and got back on track yesterday....
    8 glasses of water, 3 x week exercising, logging my food and staying near calorie goal. Did it yesterday.

    I am down 2 lbs this week! I've been stalling lately, so it's nice to see some progress.

    This healthy eating challenge really summarizes what we have done in last week. Looking at my exercises/walk, not bad I think:)

    This has been such an odd week for me. I lost my motivation halfway, slipped up, didn't log my food for two days, skipped working out four days in a row... Just an all-around fail!

    But I lost one pound. So that's something.

    Drank 8 cups water: 7 days
    Had 2 servings fruit: 6 days
    Had 3 servings veggies: 2 days
    No sugary snacks: 4 days
    Logged all food: 5 days
    45 minutes or more of exercise: 3 days

    Hi, I've been missing for a few weeks... I am up to 168... Which is actually higher than I started the year. Really wondering what is wrong with me.

    I am working with a friend to focus on logging my food. I have been struggling with that for a long time. And I worry about being "perfect" then if I'm not, I just give up. So right now I don't have to be perfect, I just have to log it.

    Hopefully by next week i'll be down.
