Hey does anyone here do intermittent fasting? If so, has it helped with weight loss?

I do! I fast from (generally) 7:30 pm-12:30 pm, only drinking my version of bulletproof coffee in the mornings.. (2ish tbsp of coconut oil and heavy whipping cream plus stevia) I have had a lot of success with it, and I think the combo of low carb and intermittent fasting has been awesome! LOVE it! What I love most about it though is that I am not ruled by a clock.. I "generally" fast from 7:30pm-12:30pm, but if I eat a little earlier or later, I just adjust my time accordingly.. It's great not having to prepare a meal in the mornings, too!0

I am similar to the previous poster. I generally only eat between 12pm and 6pm. I have bullet proof coffee in the am and eat lunch around 12, 1230, and I try to eat dinner by 600. When I stick to that plan I do really well with weight loss. And I am not hungry during my fasting period.0
