Sloppy joes (using tomato paste and herbs instead of ketchup).....I mix in tons of diced veggies (green pepper, carrots, celery, onion) and just eat it like chilli. Yum!0

Chop thai chili, red pepper, onion...sautee in coconut oil, remove from heat. Then brown ground beef...add some spices (ginger, garlic, chili sauce, etc.), chop basil, add. Spoon beef and a bit of peppers/onion/chili mixture on to little gem lettuce leaves with some sort of thai chili sauce on top, YUM!
I also love a lettuce wrapped burger with red onion, tomato, pickle...homemade mayo, mustard...maybe some avocado or bacon.0 -

in thailand I had my favourite ground meat dish(you can use pork, beef or chicken)
using garlic, onions, thai holy basil(or regular if u can't find it)dry and fresh chillies, add in ground beef and season with fish sauce, soya sauce and oyster sauce.I would think they add sugar as well but I do mine without..normally served with rice but I eat it with sautéed spinach or with eggs into an omelette
The name of this dish is Pad Kra Phrao0 -

Ditto on the stuffed peppers (if I can find them I use banana or pablano to make 'em a little bit spicy)0

Spaghetti squash, browned ground beef & Rao's tomato sauce - mix it all together and enjoy!! I usually add some wilted spinach or serve over green beans. SUPER YUMMY!!0

Spinach & Egg Caserole (wife loves this stuff), Stuffed Peppers, Primal Fiesta Salad (again, for the wife), Bunless Cheeseburgers...not a bad choice there as far as I am concerned.0

Sliders -- make little patties about 2" diameter, grill as you like it and experiment with toppings: guacamole and a tomato hat, spaghetti squash and primavera, a pickle, bacon...whatever.0

Oooooooh. I just made these for the first time, they are sweet and sour meatballs rolled in toasted shredded coconut. Put those in a tomato sauce on top of some spaghetti squash and it was delicious! My new favorite way to use ground beef. Normally I just make a 'taco salad' type of dish, but that was getting boring.0
