Yesterday I finished my 1st 10K! The me who started C25K last September, who was about to quit on week 4, would have not believed she would finish a 10K.
I wanted to let you all know that C25K is very doable. It's o.k. you need to go very slow or to repeat a week; but if you keep showing up, you will be amazed at what you will eventually do.

Yes, wk 4 is a bit evil. I think it's one of those turning point weeks.
For me, I decided to repeat week 3 to build my endurance a little longer and then afterward wk 4 wasn't a problem. That was kind of my philosophy going along...to feel pretty solid before I moved on---although I did push through some days that were hard and kept going. I had no strict rules---I kind of pushed harder or backed off when I felt I needed---what mattered was I kept running0 -
I think you break on either week three or week four, depending on your program, if you are running too fast. That sets you up to be successful through week 5.0
