Question? I have been splitting my days requirement into 2 sets, in the morning and the other in the eveneing before dinner; should I be doing the required all at once? or is it ok for me to split them up? your thoughts are greatly appreciated!0

I think 2 sets is a great idea! I'm an amateur at this, but I really don't think it matters as long as you get them all in during the day. I feel that as the number of squats increases I'll need to be creative in how I fit it all in. It would take a long time to do over 200+ squats in one set! Good luck!0 -

110 done! For some reason the 110 were alot harder than the 105 from yesterday. Hmmm... Glad tomorrow is a rest day!0

Thanks for the reply, I found that you do get quite a burn going if you just do 2 sets, it takes a bit difficult but I believe tha I am getting better results working against the 'burn'. Besides, splitting them up into 2 sets, for me, is totally gearing me up for those 200+ days ahead.
