                    Hi!   My name is Helen and my husband and I have started going to the gym for cardio, resistance, swimming.  He has type 2 diabetes that has to be controlled by meds and exercise and I just have to lose some weight.  My goal is 50 pounds to get down to 180.  So far I've only lost 1 1/2 pounds but am still positive!!
