I am 55 however, I feel in my 20's! I have struggled with weigh seems like a lifetime!
I have started this journey with great hast at times. I have been educating myself on how to do this right!
I believe this is the place I need to be! I am asking for you to add me and I will support your journey!
We all have that little voice telling us to give up, I believe we can beat that voice and put a new healthy recording there!
