Hi guys,
I calculated my TDEE at 2612, I haven't been able to eat full TDEE yet. Look at my diary, I'm open to suggestions. I just started this Monday and I'm trying to work up to it - how long did it take you to eat at full TDEE? I'm jogging a mile a day and doing about 45 minutes to an hour of strength training.

It took me 2 days to work up to TDEE. It's so easy to eat a lot for me - I love food. Just make sure to eat clean. I find eating every 2-3 hours makes life easier.0

I had the same problem the first week...trust me, it gets easier once you get going! I started eating things that I had limited before, almonds, peanut butter, etc. Once you realize that you can eat the things you have been avoiding, it is easier. Now I am kind of sad that I need to start cutting in a few more weeks (I am doing a 12 week reset). It is really nice to not obsess over calories anymore. Good luck!0
