This week's double score category was VEGGIES - so all fruit points were doubled.
One person has been dropped from the challenge for not reporting. At least 1 person will be dropped each week - the person with the lowest score or people who have not reported. Katerina2109 you have been dropped from the challenge.

    Great table. Congrats Karen!

    it is really tough to win a single week in this challenge. I have not been close to 2nd position even. It means everyone is working harder. Great job people!

    I barely hung in there last week. This week shouldn't be too hard. I exercise a lot! It's my eating I need to work on ;)

    Congrats, Karen for your epic win! And Doin-It, you were right on her heels! GREAT work everyone!

    I've got a feeling that TinaTaterToes is going to put us all to shame this week!

    Thanks for the motivation - after the gain this last weigh in I was a bit bummed (even though in my head I know that I vary in a single day more than double what I gained). Balance. (self note: Keep balance in mind, Elizabeth. You knew that loosing 4 pounds in one week would come back to bite you!!)

    All that to say that I have a good start for this week. 50 minutes Tuesday, and even though it is my day off for working out, I did 32 minutes of Zumba to change it up. You can bet your shrinking patootie that I will be finding a way to work in some strength training tonight (wish me luck - it will be the first time in about a year...and I hate it. So I decided to tackle food and cardio first...but that 5 day canoe trip is creeping up on me and I need some muscle in my arms!!).

    Thanks y'all. I'm working at my lifestyle change. Golfing season is upon us & that's where my exercise comes from. Good luck to all this week.
