Hey all...How long, after you eat, do you wait to workout? Plyometric Cardio Circuit is up but I am hungry right now and gonna drink my Shakeology...Thanks all! :)

    I have to work out first thing in the morning, I feel sick if I try to work out with any amount of food in my stomach. I'm pretty sure that's just me though, my boyfriend can eat a huge meal and immediately go run 10 miles! :tongue:
