Daily Check-in Log…hoping we can use this thread for each of us (or should I say "me") to check in on a regular basis. Use this as a tool to help us (or me, lol) to stand accountable for daily workouts. As a way to “share” our pain…I mean progress ;-)
Day 2!! wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i see why people dont commit and they quit after the fit test lol Yikes that cardio workout was hard! I can only imagine the rest of the program Im scared :(
How far did you come? are you satisfied with with your results? before and after pictures? What is your plan after Insanity?
SO...I fell asleep last night at 6p and hubby let me sleep all night. I didn't wake up til 7a this morning! I was still wearing my workout clothes and my hair up in a ponytail! :) Anyways, I have autoscheduled my workouts in the SuperGym so I was wondering if I should just do yesterday's workout on the scheduled rest day…
What is your motivation?
I'm starting May 1st and wanted to know if anyone has any tips for newbies. Have no idea what I'm getting myself into and it seems there are a few others out there who might be in the same situation.
So, I today was my second day, plyo cardio curcuit.... yowza, I thought I was going to pass out at least once. But I was wondering, does anyone else have to pause to take a longer beak to catch their breath. If it is interval training than your heart rate is supposed to go down on the breaks, but 30 seconds isnt enough…
Do my Fit Test tomorrow (Monday 6th!!!) Who's with me?! :D
Didn't think it was possible, but the workouts becomes more manageable as the days progresses. Didn't believe that my body can get used to this kind of torture. LOL I'm still having trouble with the push ups, but I was able to do all the rest. The stretches do help. I'm no longer limping today.
