3rd day of Insanity-getting better

Didn't think it was possible, but the workouts becomes more manageable as the days progresses. Didn't believe that my body can get used to this kind of torture. LOL I'm still having trouble with the push ups, but I was able to do all the rest. The stretches do help. I'm no longer limping today.

Okay, so we did Cardio Power & Resistance today...Tough stuff!!! I actually ALMOST puked! I ran outside, gagged twice, eyes watered, but didn't! Thank goodness!!! Tomorrow is Cardio Recovery, Saturday is Pure Cardio and then we are taking Sunday off.
Glad you are feeling better about the workouts! I've heard that they don't get easier, you just get better!!! Finding that true so far???0 -
Totally agree. So, you and I are on the same schedule. Can't wait to do my Cardio recovery workout tonight. I was okay, but my husband almost puked. He is doing the Insanity workouts with me, but only every other day. I do feel a little stronger than the first day.0
