To help you forget about the pain with your upper body, I will cause pain now to your lower body. I do this out of love.

100 squats = 1 large
Add 50 more and get extra large.

    Squats done! After my barbell back squats, I added a hundred free squats, so double large for me! Along with deads and lunges :)

    Squats aren't my thing right now with my sciatic nerve acting up so I did 10 laps in the pool & walked 3 miles.
