Just so I'm clear about this:
For every ten minutes of exercise, we earn one point. So e.g., 30 minutes = 3 points.
We have to do a minimum of 120 minutes, right? And do we write this information down and hand it in next Thursday, or are we going to log into in the online form Jay sends us?

There is no minimum, just do the most you can. I was not clear about how to record the time. I guess I'll write it down and also hand it in.0

I just entered the total number of minutes on the form he sent out. I rounded to the nearest 10.0
