Just so I'm clear about this: For every ten minutes of exercise, we earn one point. So e.g., 30 minutes = 3 points. We have to do a minimum of 120 minutes, right? And do we write this information down and hand it in next Thursday, or are we going to log into in the online form Jay sends us? Thanks!
