What is the week 2 challenge? I heard something about menu items at 3 restaurants but could not hear the entire talk.

Part 1: write down meal items you frequently order. You must include the Calorie and fat content, Protein, and Carbs for each item.
Part 2: Choose a healthier option at the same restaurant that would be an alternative.
You must do this for three seperate restaurants.0 -
We each get 100 bonus points for doing this. If everyone on the team does it, the team gets an additional 150 bonus points.
One of the rules is that you cannot choose salad as your main course. You can have a salad as a side, but you have to choose something else for the main meal.0 -
