Eating isn't my entertainment anymore!

Before I made the decision to eat better and be more active I used to find myself ALWAYS in the kitchen looking for food, like a mouse; sneeking around the refrigerator or the cabinets looking for something to eat. I then started going to the gym, or the park for walks or a run, my mind started to think of doing THOSE activities instead of "what's in the kitchen?" It feels liberating lol I no longer have that habit of foraging for food and put in all my efforts instead to making MEALS.

    Great 1st step. I was and probably still am an emotional eater so I empathize with your eating habits. Exercise is a great way to avoid overeating. Good luck with your EM2WL journey. Read the posted stickies at the top of this group heading and read all you can about BMR and TDEE.
