I'm at a loss and losing momentum so any and all ideas are appreciated. I think I'll make that chicken crock pot stew- it sounds good!
I'd also like another stew/soup recipe. It's easy to bring for lunch and a little different than a chunk of meat.
This has been on my radar for awhile, maybe this weekend!

Kelr - loved all of your meals for this week!
I need to incorporate more crock pot meals into my weekly plan so that I'm not scrambling or cooking until midnight on the nights that my son has tee ball practice.0 -
I just made my own ground sausage & sausage balls using ground pork & spices using this recipe: http://pinterest.com/pin/162551867773014392/ and it has rocked my world. SO incredibly easy!! This will be put into the permanent rotation no doubt. The only thing I did different from the recipe is use coarse gourmet sea salt instead of the Celtic sea salt - but after the fact realized the Celtic is actually lower in sodium. If salt intake is something you watch you may want to keep that in mind. Otherwise - SUPER YUM.0

I made the chicken crockpot stew. It turns out that it's a TON of vegetables. So unless you want majority vegetables either cut the amounts slightly or increase your chicken. The boyfriend ate it and said it was awesome but it's a pile of veggies for sure lol. After making that, the crockpot pork loin with pears, tuna salad and an egg casserole doesn't it figure that I had bacon and eggs for dinner and didn't want any of this LOL.
Anyway, I also am SUPER SUPER proud of my first spaghetti squash "Pasta" over the weekend. Phenomenal recipe:

I was soooooooooo proud - lol. I did add a can of diced tomatoes along with just the paste and used ground turkey instead of beef. It was still awesome.
Happy 2 weeks down!0 -
I've gotten into major food hoarding mode, where I'm constantly stocking up on food and freezing meals for emergency situations in the Whole 30 when I need a lunch or dinner, STAT. My freezer is overflowing, it's out of control! And each night I'm still wonder what I should have for dinner. Silly food hoarder!
Here's a few items I have made or will make this week.
