Can you believe we are in week 10? In these weeks I had a loss, gained it back, and have maintained. Now I could be disappointed that I am not in a deficit, but I am not.
I've used this time to tweak my diet, fix what wasn't working for me, tried new recipes, added exercise and I have maintained and most importantly, I have not given up, I have not given into the negative self-talk of the past.

Weighed in a day early today--tomorrow morning will be pretty crazy.
I'm really happy because my eating has been a little messy--still low carb but snacks a bit larger than the plan. BUT, the weight loss is continuing.
My weight today was 288.2, 1.8 down from last week, and a total of 25 lbs down from my start weight. I believe that brings my percentage score up to 7.92. I've read that losing 10% of your weight is a really good thing, so for now that's the goal that I'm zeroing in on!

My weight this morning was 333.. a total of 44 pounds since my original start weight and 16.3 since we started the challenge! Challenge percentage is 4.67%!
