Hi everyone,
My name is Melody and I am a 47 year old living in sunny San Diego. I transplanted myself here in 1997 and have no regrets - after moving from Watertown, NY.
I have been struggling with my weight for the last 30 years - especially since being pregnant for my first child and it seems that I am on a roller coaster ride - up and down up and down but never quite reaching the end destination..

Hi Melody. I'm in Pittsburgh, PA. I do have o say, the weight loss thing never ends. If we think that it does, we will never make it. It's a forever change. I lost so much and then regained it in the blink of an eye.
I never want to do that again.
