Silly me, I joined 2 challenges for the month of May! This one and the squat challenge! Gonna be crazy but I'm getting psyched for it!! The days I have my Zumba class it'll be easy - those are an hour long already. Tuesdays will be my biggest challenge - at work all day and in the car (1 hour commute one way). The days I work from home I take a walk at lunch with the dog. Now that I've started MFP I've been walking on my lunch hour at work too, but usually just 30 minutes.
But I'm gonna do it! Gotta move-it, move-it!0 -
