Tricep time!

25 chair dips 1.Position yourself between the chairs, supporting your weight on your hands and with your feet out in front of you. 2.Slowly lower yourself until your upper arms are parallel to the seat of the chairs 3.Hold in lower position before pushing back up until your arms are fully extended again. 4.Repeat for the desired number of repetitions

25 dips = 1 large
10 more earns another large

Feel the burn criminals.

    it's a tricep dip - just two chairs as the place for your hands...does that help

    Because the explanation in the post doesn't sound like it, but the way I first tried -- suspending my body weight between 2 chairs, 1 hand on each chair-- was literally impossible for me to do.

    This is what I will be doing unless someone else corrects me.
