    This sounds like a great challenge. I found this schedule from the April squat challenge...is this the schedule were using?
    When do we start :)

    I have just done day 1, I did not use weights or anything else as doing 50 was an achievement for me since I have never done more than 10 at a time...so glad I found this challenge :)

    How do you log them as exercise? can not find them

    I am on day 4 but I made a mistake I have been going up by 10 not 5 so I guess I am really on day 7 or 8, oh well I will keep on going

    I'm not sure, but If the going gets tough, I might consider breaking it up so I can complete them in a day!

    I'm starting May 1st, and will try to prep my hamstrings by stretching before I start, so I don't pull anything. I'm going to start with body weight, and If they feel easier at some point, I may add more weight!

    day 4 today, so it is a rest day but did 30 anyway..30 seems to be my comfortable number, don't know how I am going to do 200+...do you do them all at once????
