Goals

What are your goals? Losing weight, tone, and build endurance?

Me: I want to do all 3 but I mainly want to lose weight. I had a baby a year ago and I have not gotten back to my prebaby weight and I wanted to lose 20lbs before that. In the last week I have lost 5 lbs. I am more concerned with my measurements. My goal is my waist to be a 27 and my hips not to get any lower than a 40 I am now a 47.5.

    I want overall health,. I want my numbers(weight, bmi, hbp, and choles) to all go down while my muscle mass number go up.
  • I would like to lose a few extra pounds, but I really want to build some muscle. Legs, arms, abs, thighs.... well the entire body. Overall, gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
