Alot of adjusting to family things and I have fallen off. I am back at it tomorrow though.

Day 3 was hard for me. My arms are so weak. When I looked at everyone elses post on fb saying they got through 2-3 reps of each exercise I was thinking "damn I barely got through one and im on beginners level. But I got through it I could do all the half burpees my arms were giving out.
