Day 3 was hard for me. My arms are so weak. When I looked at everyone elses post on fb saying they got through 2-3 reps of each exercise I was thinking "damn I barely got through one and im on beginners level. But I got through it I could do all the half burpees my arms were giving out.

I got through 2 sets in 20 mins... didn't do all the burpees those.... those suckers are no joke! We got this.

I know the feeling. I am in the intermediate range, but at times I want to do the beginner's stuff. We have a lot of advanced people on here that can do more than us, so don't get discouraged about their abilities cause you will be banging them bad boys out before you know it!!!0
