SO...I fell asleep last night at 6p and hubby let me sleep all night. I didn't wake up til 7a this morning! I was still wearing my workout clothes and my hair up in a ponytail!
Anyways, I have autoscheduled my workouts in the SuperGym so I was wondering if I should just do yesterday's workout on the scheduled rest day OR do yesterday's workout today and just push it all back a day. Does that make sense? Anyways, I am going to do yesterday's workout today and just make yesterday my rest day.
What is your plan for missing workouts? Do you have one yet or no?

I would make up the missed day on your rest day. You still had a rest day, so you aren't "losing your rest day". It is not optimal, as the program is designed to be done in a set order, however, better to do it out of order than not at all0

Hey, thanks for the response...I actually just started over on Monday b/c I didn't finish week 1 when I was supposed to.0 -
Looking for how everyone has handled missed workouts. What do you do if you miss 1 day, 2 days, etc????
-Some have just gone on to the next workout, which ultimately changes the rest day
-Some have skipped the day, keeping the same schedule
-Some have added the day to the end of the program
Just wanted everyone's opinion....0 -
I just modify until I am able to get back on schedule. If I miss a workout, so be it.0
