I'm about to do mine. Yesterday I didn't feel the burn on my bum, I was feeling it all in my thighs, specially in the front.. I'm going to watch some videos about the correct form to make sure I'm doing it right
If you go low and squeeze your glutes as you come up you can feel it more in your bum, but not right away of course.
That's like using your butt muscles to push yourself back up!0 -
Went into the room with all the mirrors at the gym and did my 55.
Got to see my big ol thighs in action!

Make sure you are going back on your heels when you're squatting so you don't hurt yourself. My trainer says you should be able to wiggle your toes when you are in a squatting position. I did 60 today.0
