    :sad: Not doing well. I have had an awful couple of weeks. No excuse but, I am almost back to where I started. I am through being depressed about this. I am going to eat better this week and need to get back on track. With the exception of walking today, I haven't worked out since Thursday. Back on track today and this week will be better. Feel like a small failure but, I am not giving up. I will keep posting, I am just determined to do this no matter what happens.

    So, I totally, on purpose didn't post on Wednesday because I was so disapointed in myself. I was up 3lbs and really down about it. Although I know I'm not eating right and I haven't been working out because I've been so tired (which is probably BECAUSE I haven't been working out!!) Ugh! But I guess I need to face the music and get my behind back into gear.
