Meal planning for next week and this is what's on deck:

Found this as well - the bottom of the blog has a pretty cool looking lettuce wrap thingie that I'm gonna make this week (or next) plus a nice cumin slow cooked pork

After four weeks of trying to get around to making snicci's mayo & ranch, I finally made it & am now kicking myself for waiting so long. DELISH!!!!!
