I decided with this challenge to have a day off once a week and today is probably it for this week, but with that said I will try to get in at least 20 mins walking today, busy day and night! Good luck all!0

day 2 i worked late and couldnt do any excercise but did extra on day 3. Im sore! but happy. This is so much more motivating than doing it on my own0

Did mine! 22 minutes Zumba this morning, and a walk and some gardening over my lunch hour! Pretty day for it here. I wish I could stay outside and garden instead of work!0

I did mine! 30 minute walk and a 35 minute swim!!!0

I forgot to check in yesterday but I managed an 1 1/2 yesterday And today I've done the 30 day shred 20 min of pilates and 15 minuets of raking up the yard0

120 minutes of walking, 6 1/2 - 7 miles, 672 calories!
I skipped yesterday, so although it's not ideal, I doubled up to make up for it. I am not being very productive/active in another group, so I do want to make this group a commitment and goal!0 -
