I'm exactly the same weight this week. It's the sweet treats, I'm sure. But for some reason my jeans are fitting a bit looser so I don't know.0

Jan 15th I weighed 228 lbs. I lost 24 lbs and my weight started to slow down. I joined this challenge and have lost 10 more making it a GRAND TOTAL of 34 lbs in 15 weeks.

I haven't been checking in since joining this group but I'm back. I have however been keeping up with my weight loss goals though. So here is my weigh in from last Friday, 5/3/13: Start weight 3/18/13 - 184.9.....Weight on 5/3/13 - 178.2....Total loss of 6.7 lbs.....:-) I'll take it!!!!!
