I went for an hour walk with my family this morning. What a great way to start the day. I will probably do some yoga tonight but I got my 60 done!

I keep forgetting to come here to the board to log in my time. *Ü*
I did a Leslie Sansone 10 Minute Tone, a LS 3 mile for 43 minutes, then the Belly Blaster for another 10 minutes.
I'm so thankful for this challenge. I got home late last night, and if it had not been for the challenge, I would not have worked out. However, I knew I wanted to be able to say I had completed my challenge for the day, so I was working out at 11pm! I felt so good when I was finished, knowing I had done something I really didn't want to do!0 -
Spent a chunk of time today sitting in a camp chair watching one of my daughters play softball! Does cheering count? Only managed 55 minutes today. Maybe I can sneak in another 5 - but I won't do that sitting in front of the computer! If I can count giving the dog a bath then I got the time in!0
