I did! It was shorter/lighter than my usual leg days but it burned like hell!
Elliptical Warmup 10mins
Deep Squats 10@ 185 (been avoiding squats for 2 years, finally getting back into it)
DB Lunges 12@ 35lbs
Plate Loaded Leg Curls 15@ 65
I did this as a circuit 5 times with no rest in between.
Calf Raise 4x25 @ 90
I tried to do a few minutes on the stairclimber afterwards but that didnt last long lol.

pretty solid workout there. I need to find a way to work deadlifts back into my routine. They disappeared after a back injury a few years ago.0 -
It's some foam rolling IT band, adductors, etc. and some general lower body mobility stuff.
Headed out to do an upper body workout in a few. Overhead press, close grip bench, dips and facepulls.0
