Anyone still doing this or starting a new cycle???

Im on level 1 still want to wait till its feeling comfortable and then push it to level 2.... right now its a make it half way thru and then have to push still so I know I still have time.. LOL

Im on a cycle of Mon Wed and Fridays doing level 1 and then 20 min more of cardio on my gazelle (low impact cardio machine) and then 45+ min of cardio on tues and wed..... Id love to have a workout buddy for the month who is doing similar.. :)
