Clear / White foods x 72 hrs

Hi Folks,

Just got my teeth whitened and I can only have clear / white food for 72 hrs....any suggestions? Finding this difficult on low carb. Need ideas. Help me out, please!!

    Plenty of things that are white that you can have:
    Vanilla protein shakes
    Coconut oil
    Cauliflower
    peeled cucumber
    mozzarella cheese
    chicken breasts
    maybe some others can chime in as well.

    To add to his list:
    Althought you could just do a 3 day fat-fast and live on cream cheese and whipped cream but here are some more:
    Whipped Cream
    Cream Cheese-maybe whip it up with some clear imitation vanilla "mmmm"
    jicama
    White mushrooms
    Sour Cream
    Greek Yogurt
    Shirotaki Noodles
    Fish
    Mayo
    Macadamia Nuts
    Vanilla Protein powder blended with some unsweetened coconut milk and almond milk
    Any sort of white cheese-put into those mushroom caps, saute the stems with garlic and white onion, bake a bit=tasty

    I think most everythings been addressed, you can get canned chicken in the tuna area of your supermarket
    a lot of lunchmeats are "white"
    what about bullion/broth/stock?
    Egg whites for a skillet scramble perhaps
