I missed yesterday and today cause my brother came by from out of town unexpectedly so I've been visiting with him. I'll be doing both workouts tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to it!!0

No worries! I've missed a couple days also due to a house full of sick kids. I'm going to be playing catch-up today and tomorrow. Thankfully nothing scheduled for May 5.0
