Woo water is always a toughy for me, even though the glass sits next to me at work all day long.
Work out? Work out 3 times a week every week?
Have a food log for every day of the month (no skipping that one day when you weren't so good!)0 -
I like this idea, the water one isn't a challenge for me though it's all I drink except for one cup of coffee in the morning so I get plenty! The logging one is a good idea, I wish I wasn't going to camp starting on the weekends with no cell signal otherwise I'd be all over that.
I think I like the exercise one best.0 -
I'm Down for the Logging one.
But I am going to dedicate myself to the Water. I love water, but lately- it just has been hard for me to get it all in. I had a better loss when i was guzzling the water, so Here- I will go again.0 -

How about a You Pick 2 challenge? Then it gives everyone some flexibility!

I'll be trying to stick with Logging everyday and drinking my 100oz of H20 Challenge. But i'll be trying to do the exercise one too ( just as a secondary not my main challenge)0 -

I think I am in...I get water...I am good about logging food...my issue is excerise ...I have been going but it is easy to convince myself not to...
my question is though where are we logging just on our page or is there another place we need to?0 -

80 squats today, walked 3 miles, gardened, cleaned

108 oz of water. Logged. Heavy duty house cleaning, like washing windows scrubbing walls & ceiling fans. Vacuum, tore up cardboard boxes. Cleaned out closet. I am more sore now then if I had walked 3 miles. Especially my back & ankle. 800 mg of Motrin here I come!0

Water - I've been doing good with water, not at 100 oz but I've been getting 64 oz every day on weekdays (weekends are harder for some reason). I don't think I can do more than 64 oz on a regular basis but I have had 96 oz occasionally.
Logging - Been entering my food everyday for 3 months, good or bad. Today is actually my 3 month mark on MFP!
Exercise - This is my challenge for sure. Let it go for awhile other than a couple of walks during the week. I started back up this morning and will commit to 4 days per week!0 -
Been trying for 8 glasses of water, just hasn't been happening. >.< Usually 7, which is more than the 2 or 3 I used to drink.

I do squats instead of bending over, make multiple trips carrying things either jogging, kicking, twisting, whatever the music tells me lol. I do nerdy dance moves, and hop around like a fool. Music motivates me I have always done this, even as a Teen, my little brother thought I was crazy hopping around the how to Aqua or Type-O-Negative, whatever I was in the mood for.
Today I had 11 or more glasses of water, 3 sets of 12 for 6 exercises working my shoulders and abs, 25 minute cool down on the elliptical, and my 130 squats.0 -
