Anyone considering doing Abs vs Supercharged?

I have both books, read Abs first, have just barely started Supercharged, and my rest week from finishing Women is over so I started Abs today, mainly just because I haven't even finished reading Supercharged. It seems like everyone goes right to Supercharged, just wondering if there's some down side to Abs that I don't know about. Workout one seemed great to me, I wear a HRM even though I know it's not accurate, etc. but I burned more calories than I did with any of the stage 7 workouts. Just looking for people's opinions on why they picked Supercharged to do next vs Abs or some other program.

I'll just be starting Stage 5 this week so I have a couple of months before I need to worry about it but I've already purchased Supercharged and am almost done reading it. That's what I'll do next. I don't really know anything about Abs. :)

I read both and chose Supercharged because I liked the fact that every workout is tailored to your fitness level. I've done so many new exercises that I haven't had the chance to get bored with the workouts(currently in BT III). I also love that HIIT is included at the end of each workout.

I'd be interested to hear peoples different results. It seems most go to supercharged but as my tummy is my 'problem area' I'm drawn to abs....

I haven't seen Abs, but I'm doing Supercharged right now. I like that you have so much control over your programs (you get to plan each one out yourself). Plus, it's a full-body workout, so my abs are getting hit hard each workout.

I have Supercharged. It is for gaining muscle and strength. I would go to Supercharged after New Rules for Women. The women's book provides a fabulous foundation for weight lifting. Supercharged allows you to customize your workout to make it more difficult. You pick your own exercises or he has a suggested workout for those that dont want to pick your own. I have never done Abs but I believe it is for strengthening your core.
