    Got in a 45 minute swim and walked with my kids for 20 minutes. ;)

    I feel terrible I just don't have it in me. Completely exhausted!!! Maybe tomorrow I can make up for it.

    I planned to walk but will have to log 1:20 hours of vigorous house cleaning as my exercise.

    I ran a couple of miles and did bodyweight stuff - lunges, incline pushups, etc. I did 59:55... close enough!
