I ate crap on Sunday and the scale shows it. Sticking to fruit, veggies, meat and "safe starches" for the next 6 weeks. I have my fitness test sometime in June and I NEED to pass it. All I need to lose is 1/2 an inch from my waist so it is totally doable. Breakfast today was great, I feel energetic and fueled! On to another day.

Things are good here. I have never really felt deprived over the last couple years, but right now I am feeling good about my experiment to try eating more calories and increasing the carbs. Tomorrow should be a good litmus test after two days of heavy lifting. I'm usually a slug on Wednesdays, we'll see how it goes with more energy in my system.0
