Im recovering from something, I don't know what but I too am feeling even better than yesterday and am looking forward to my workout this afternoon. Support just makes me pull up my boot straps and get it done. Yes, thanks to all!0 -

Great job girls! I managed to make up a little for yesterday got in 1 hr 40 min walk. That sure makes me feel better.0

That's a good walk. For me it is 1hour 20. A combination of biking and walking.0

Easier said than done. Zumba is pretty intense! I got in 20 more mins doing Zumba instead of 25 so that makes 55 mins total for today. Thats not bad at all .0

Did a 50 minute walk at lunch, and with my hour commute (one way) and a meeting this evening, that is all I got. Monday I did an hour and a half and will do more than an hour tomorrow - can we bank minutes day to day??? LOL!0
