    I can't believe I lost almost 7 lbs this month that's nuts. I must be doing something right. I was shy of my goal by about a pound, but I was pretty darn close so I'm happy.

    Round 3 anyone? Heck, lets just keep going until all of this unwanted weight is gone haha.

    If so

    4 week goal weight will be 195 by June 5th.

    Oh and I just don't want to stop working on my weight until it is my ultimate goal weight and you guys are keeping me accountable. :)

    I noted that too, but honestly every group I have been in, it eventually gets to be that way with just a handful of warriors in the end. We made it through 2 months, so we are committed to making health a priority at the top :)

    i weighed 197 yesterday 5/8/2013 sorry for the late response really hectic at work. didn't get to where i wanted to be but still happy to see pounds off will work harder and get back to working out again.
