Gone Way Too Long

I've been gone so long. In fact I got so burnt out, of county calories and such that I just stopped it all. I gained back 24 pounds in six months. I am so freaking mad at myself for that.

So I've been trying to get myself motivated, the desire just hasn't been there. It is here now and in full force. I just had a brief stint with the Fast Metabolism Diet, as in 3.5 days, I started counting my calories and it turned out I was under 1400 each day. Which is about 169 below my BMR. Not a good thing at all. I want consistent calories each day and to not have to eat certain foods on certain days.

I will however be eating a lot healthier because of this little stint. Though I have to do within my families food budget which isn't a lot.

I need to also find a workout routine that would be good for me to start up again with. These are the ones I have at home:

P90X
Power 90
Another 90 type of workout
Tony Horton's 10 Minute one
New Rules of Lifting for Women
New Rules of Lifting

I also want to walk 3 times a week.

So my friends can you help me out a little? I so feel like a newbie.

A side note:

The only low calorie days I have had were the last three days, so I don't think I really need a Metabolic reset, do you?

Since you want to walk also, what a perfect match up for non-lifting days.

I'd suggest lifting, NROLFW or other.
    3 x weekly for 60 min.
    3 x weekly walking for 60 min.

This would allow constant calories with TDEE that included everything.
Count walking as 90 min towards TDEE level though, since it has less calorie burn.

Thank you so much. I think this is something that is really doable.

I might switch it up and do NROLFL, just because I've gone through NROLFW. Just to switch it up. I'll start that next week. Since I am mid week now. Though I am not staying still these next few days. I am going to through in some 10 min trainer DVDs just to get some exercises in.

I really appreciate your help and your insight.
