    You as well ... Week 1 is behind us. I got an hour or more --- 6 out of the last 7 days. Going to aim to not miss a day during the next week. Thank you for starting this challenge!

    I got in 80 mins of walking today. It was a beautiful day!! Now I am all caught up on that hour I missed Monday. : )

    Wednesday night Zumba class - got my hour in easy (well, not easy, sweaty, more like)! Good thing too, as I went out for dinner afterwards - ack!
