    I just bought a new dress yesterday, tried it on this morning:cry: I also tried on some other clothes I'd bought at the end of last summer, a size down from what I was wearing then. Of course none of them fit, but I'm hoping they will be some incentive and motivation to get me going. The dress is hanging front and center in my closet where I can see it every time I enter my bedroom. I also plan to order some kettlebell DVD's. I've had mine for two years but am not the type to be able to figure out what to do without step-by-step instruction and an actual workout done in front of me. We'll see what the next few weeks bring!

    Almost 1/2 through the year and only 5 lb down. I don't think I'm going to hit that 40lb mark. Oh well, redoubling my efforts and sticking with it.

    Yay , finally something real! Went to a Tupperware party tonight and had choc lava cake. Haven't logged it yet. We'll see how much that bad boy was...eeek. Great job everyone!
