    GW:147
UK Size: 16/18/20 - depending on from where and whether top or bottom!

Goal for Shred: Feel better, loose a couple of inches and feel fitter before going back to Zumba and Body combat :)

Starting today. I took pics but am too embarrassed to post!

    Height: 5'5"
    Weight: 128.5
    Thigh: 18.5
    Upper Arm: 10.25
    Hips: 37
    Waist: 28
    Chest/breast 33.5

After a while I will probably stop taking measurements of my arms and legs they are already small, although untoned. It's hard to take the measurement in the same place every time in those areas, so once it starts looking toned I'm not gonna worry about it. I'm afraid one small displacement of the measurement tape will make me think I lost or gained when I actually haven't. I didn't even bother taking my calves for this reason. My main concerns are my hips, waist and chest/back.
