Hi everybody.
I started on the Beginner track this past monday after losing 15 pounds this year already on a Ketogenic diet. I completed day 2 today and I'm still feeling great. Energy kicked my *kitten* but I didn't give up.
I'm really excited to see where this takes me.

I love Energy, it's possibly my favourite of the workouts so far (I haven't done them all). It's great whether I'm feeling lazy or energetic! Hope you enjoy the rest, it's definitely worth it!0
